User Data Deletion Instructions

Email hello@movehealrepeat.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

• Your full name, if we hold it.
• The email address and/or phone number in international format (for example +971 50 123 4567) that you believe we hold.
• Whether you want everything deleted, or only removal from marketing messages.

We may ask one question to confirm the request comes from you, so that we do not delete someone else's data.

• We acknowledge your request by email.
• We verify the request and locate the records linked to your email address or phone number.
• We delete your data within 30 days of verifying the request and confirm by email once it is done.

• Your contact details — name, email address and phone number.
• Your member portal account and profile information, where you have one.
• Your WhatsApp contact record, message delivery history and any message content we hold.
• Attendee names you gave us for past bookings.
• Marketing consent and preference records.

We are required to keep financial and accounting records of transactions — for example membership payments and ticket purchases — for the period set by law. Where that applies, we keep the minimum transaction record needed and remove the personal details that are not required. We also keep a record of your phone number on a suppression list if you have opted out, so that we do not contact you again by mistake. That single entry exists only to honour your opt-out.

If you only want the messages to stop, reply STOP to any MHR Club WhatsApp message. Your number is suppressed from future MHR Club marketing messages straight away. You can still ask for full deletion by email afterwards.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms. To remove data held by Meta or WhatsApp themselves, use the privacy and data settings in your WhatsApp or Facebook account. MHR Club can only delete the data held in MHR Club systems.
