Privacy Policy

MHR Club (Move · Heal · Repeat) is a lifestyle membership and experiences club based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact us at hello@movehealrepeat.com.

• Contact details — name, email address and phone number you give us when you join, buy an event ticket, log in to the member portal or contact us.
• Membership information — your membership tier, status, start date and billing history.
• Event and booking information — the experiences you book, number of passes, attendee names you provide, booking references, admission/ticket codes and check-in records.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited references such as the transaction identifier and amount. We do not store your full card details.
• Messaging information — your phone number and the delivery status of messages we send you, including WhatsApp messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, plus any reply you send us.
• Technical information — basic information your browser sends when you visit the site, used to keep the site secure and working.

• To create and manage your membership and member portal account.
• To take payment, confirm bookings, issue tickets and manage entry to events.
• To send you service messages you have asked for — booking confirmations, tickets, event details and changes.
• To send you information about MHR Club experiences and membership, where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so. You can opt out at any time.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

Where you have given us your phone number and consented to hear from us, we may contact you individually on WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business Platform. We never add you to a WhatsApp group or community for marketing. Every message is sent privately to you.

Reply STOP to any marketing message and we will suppress your number from future MHR Club marketing messages. You can also email hello@movehealrepeat.com to be removed. Message content and delivery are handled by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the club, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe — payment processing for memberships and event tickets.
• Google Workspace — the mailbox we use to send and receive email at hello@movehealrepeat.com.
• Meta Platforms — delivery of WhatsApp Business messages where you have consented.
• Our website and database hosting providers, which store this information on our behalf.
• Event partners and venues, where a booking cannot be delivered without sharing an attendee list.
• Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to disclose information.

We keep membership, booking and payment records for as long as your relationship with the club continues and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep financial and accounting records. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out or ask us to delete them.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information — see our data deletion instructions.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

Access to member, booking and contact data is restricted to authorised MHR Club administrators and to our server code. Payment credentials and messaging credentials are held securely on the server and are never exposed in your browser.

MHR Club membership and event purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as the club evolves. The date above shows when it was last changed.
