One pass admits the named holder to each of these experiences, subject to each experience’s capacity.
OCTOBER PASS RULES, TERMS & POLICY
What the pass is
- The MHR October Pass costs AED 999 as a one-time payment, inclusive of VAT.
- It admits one named holder to every MHR Club experience published for 1 – 31 October 2026.
- The pass is personal, non-transferable and admits one person only. Guests buy their own pass or an individual experience ticket.
- Passes are on sale until 30 September 2026 and are limited in number.
Using your pass
- You receive one MHR October Pass ticket by email with a scannable QR code. The same pass is scanned at each October experience.
- Show the pass at check-in. Each experience is checked in once; the pass cannot admit two people to the same experience.
- Places at each experience are subject to the same capacity as ticketed guests. Arrive on time; late arrival may mean no admission.
- Experiences added to the October calendar after purchase are included at MHR's discretion and will be confirmed to pass holders.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
- The pass is non-refundable once October begins and cannot be extended into another month.
- Before 1 October 2026 the pass may be cancelled for a full refund by writing to hello@movehealrepeat.com.
- If MHR cancels an experience, the pass remains valid for all remaining October experiences. No partial refund is issued for a single cancelled date.
- MHR may void a pass for misuse, sharing or conduct that affects other guests.
Optional auto-renewal into membership
- Opting in is entirely optional and is never selected for you. If you opt in, your card is securely saved by Stripe and your MHR OPEN membership begins on 1 November 2026 at the standard price of AED 4,688 / month.
- Membership carries a minimum of 3 monthly billing cycles, then continues monthly until cancelled.
- You can cancel the renewal at no cost any time before 25 October 2026 by writing to hello@movehealrepeat.com.
- The October Pass price is not credited against membership fees.
- If you do not opt in, nothing further is charged and your pass simply ends on 31 October 2026.
Payment and privacy
- Payment is taken by Stripe. MHR never stores your card details.
- Your pass is issued only after Stripe confirms the payment. A pending, failed or abandoned payment never issues a pass.
- Your name, email and mobile are used to issue the pass, manage check-in and contact you about your October experiences.
